Prior to Deloitte, he spent several years in local and multinational pharmaceutical companies with various responsibilities in commercial, analytics and strategic planning.
Dimas Adityo is an experienced compliance executive in Indonesia who has the hands-on experience on the pharmaceutical, healthcare and manufacturing businesses. Besides compliance, Dimas has also many experiences in internal control, internal audit and legal, and has been involved in many international assignments and reached many achievements on those areas of expertise. With this unique experiences in compliance, legal and audit, Dimas helped his organisations on the setting up of the compliance program from planning, execution until auditing/monitoring. Dimas is also an active member of a sub-committee in the International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Group (IPMG) in Indonesia and has been actively setting up a Code for its IPMG members. Prior joining Sanofi Group Indonesia, Dimas has worked with Aventis, Deloitte and Citibank.
Dimas is locally and internationally recognized and respected as an expert in his field as he has been appointed as speaker and panelist in several local and international congresses.
Born and raised in south celebes, central of Indonesia, Ari graduated from Medical School at University of Hasanuddin. Shortly after he serves as Government Officer under Ministry of Transportation for almost 5 years as well as has his own private practice.
He then changes career and works in pharmaceutical company, Schering-Plough for about 6 years covers Medical Affairs, Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance. He then joined MSD briefly during the merger in Marketing for Oncology & Hepatology. Joined Novartis as Medical Advisor in 2010 for about two years, move to an Europe R&D company based in Kuala lumpur and then return to Novartis Indonesia in 2013 in Pricing & Market Access. In Novartis he develops and improves the capability for Pricing, Market Access and Government Relations skills for public & private sector, especially during the implementation of UHC starts in January 2014. He leaves Novartis as Head of Pricing & Market Access in mid-2016 and join GE Healthcare in Market Access for Regional ASEAN team up to now.
He actively engages with Market Access stakeholders from Government and Private side, and develops a strong networking. He also involve in organizations such as International Pharmaceutical Manufacturer International Group (IPMG) and participate in InaHEA (The Indonesian Health Economic Association) and ISPOR Indonesia, as well as organized and participate in numerous Forum Discussion and Seminars related to Health Economy & Policy.
Salman is an entrepreneurial and a hands-on leader who drives above-average growth and profitability by repositioning businesses, establishing strategic alliances and licensing agreements, building high performance teams, and reorganizing distribution channels.
From early 2001 till late 2009, Salman led the setting up of Lundbeck’s country operations in Asia, and taking the lead antidepressant compound to leadership position in multiple markets. Prior to Lundbeck, Salman headed New Business Development in the Asia-Pacific Region for Schwarz Pharma, with the main focus on North Asia & China. From 1979 to early 1997, Salman was with Ciba-Geigy, later Novartis, in various headquarters and country management roles, in Switzerland, the Middle East & Asia.
An innovative and energetic leader and a skilled negotiator, Salman also mentors start-ups and senior executives, both in life sciences and other sectors.
Widya is currently working in Pfizer Indonesia as the Public Affairs and Communications Director. Prior to this, she was serving in the same company as Legal Director. During her tenure in Pfizer she has been actively involved in activities in relation to the anti counterfeiting campaign.. This is also shown in her role being the Chairwoman of the Indonesian Anti Counterfeiting Society since 2008.
Mr Rakesh Chaurasia has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years. He started his career as a Quality Chemist and held different responsibilities in GMP Compliance, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance and Drug Regulatory Affairs for Finished dosage form as well as Active Ingredients.
He has worked for companies like Fresenius Kabi, Mylan, Cadila, Intas and Macleods Pharmaceuticals Limited in India.
Since Dec 2013 he is associated as Advisor in PT DexaMedica, Indonesia and helped PT
DexaMedica for Capacity building in Drug Regulatory Affairs function for
preparing itself for global expansion. He has a thorough understanding of global regulatory requirements for small molecule pharmaceuticals. He has been actively involved with global Regulatory bodies like US FDA for filing a large number of generic and new drug applications (505[b] ); with European agencies for filing generic applications; with WHO Prequalification and so on.
Mr Rakesh Chaurasia has 2 Bachelor Degrees namely a Bachelor of Science from the University of Allahabad, India and a Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Benaras Hindu University, India. He also holds a Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva.
Tracy is currently the Regulatory Affairs Manager for Galderma South East Asia & oversees the registration and approval of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical devices in South East Asia. She is also the Quality Responsible Person for Galderma’s Regional Distribution Centre and the Local Safety Officer for Pharmacovigilance in Galderma.
Tracy graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy in 2009 and completed her pre registration pharmacist training at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Parkway Health & the chain of Guardian retail Pharmacies.
She has also held a role as the Asia Pacific Quality Assurance Assistant Manager in United Parcel Service Healthcare Logistics where she travelled extensively to support setting up of the Quality Management System in various healthcare warehouses in Asia.
Having worked in various Regulatory & Compliance related roles in product licence companies and service providers, she lists her career wins as obtaining timely approval of various products in SEA, enabling patient market access to treatments while in line with product safety. She attributes this to having great managers in well established companies which has resulted in chances to work on projects that provides extensive exposure to activities on a local and regional level.
Tracy understands the importance of management organization & leadership skills in her career and has held management committee roles in Galderma and UPS Women’s Leadership Development. She is also currently a council member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS). As an active member of PSS Industry Chapter and is passionate about sharing her experience in the pharma industry to all pharmacy undergraduates and individuals considering such a career path.
Angelo is the COO and General Manager of Sydenham Pharmaceuticals Inc. in the Philippines.
He has been with the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years. He was BU Head at Abbott Laboratories (2006). He established the pharmaceutical business of BBraun in the Philippines (2009). He also helped put up Hilton Pharma and was the company’s first Country Manager (2011). He was also Country Manager of Hovid, Inc (2013) when he decided to take the role of COO and General Manager of Sydenham Pharmaceuticals, Inc (2014).
Angelo Felix in Latin means “Happy Messenger”. For 25 years, Angelo has been communicating happy news about the Philippine pharmaceutical environment and he will continue to do so until he retires.
Ganggas is a Production Solid Oral Dosage and Contract Manufacturing Senior Manager in Pfizer and has been working in Pfizer since 1996. He is the chairman of Industrial Pharmacist Association. He has a MBA from Magister Management of Gadjah Mada Univerisity and is a certified pharmacist (Apothecary) having graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1993. He has good experience in GMP, Quality Management System and ISO 9001. He has 24 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Andreas is the Vice President Director & Business Unit Head LSD/BD in Roche Indonesia. He has diverse leadership experience in General Management, Finance & Operations (incl. Legal & Compliance, IT and Supply Chain), Sales and Marketing, and Business Development. Following an international career with Roche in several established and emerging markets (Switzerland, Australia, Algeria, United States, Singapore), he has taken over the role as Vice President Director of Roche in Indonesia, first paired with Head of Finance & Operations and later Business Unit Head (Sales, Marketing and Business Development) He has led the overall company in absence of a President Director. Together with the team, he has significantly expanded the organization and presence and outgrew the market while maintaining above industry employee engagement levels
Inge is an Indonesian national. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry in 1993 when she first joined Roche Indonesia. She held many key positions as Product Manager, Business Unit Manager, National Sales Manager and Pharma Head of P.T. Roche Indonesia (2003- 2010) before becoming the Country Manager of Roche Pharma Vietnam in February 2011.
She initiated a reshaping of the company that identified opportunities for accelerating revenue growth. Under her lead, the company doubled in size in 4 years, both in number of employees (100 to 210) and sales turnover (28 mio CHF to 52 CHF). – CAGR: 22%, consistently outperformed the market and became one of the most successful affiliates in Asia Pacific Region.
In March 2016, after 22.5 years with Roche, she decided to take up a new challenge as AstraZeneca’s Country President for Thailand and Myanmar, and based in Bangkok.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Faculty of Medicine Maranatha Christian University, Indonesia and Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia.
Dr Luthfi has over 19 years’ experience in healthcare industry both in Indonesia and China. In the last 6 years, he has been very active in advocacy to relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation of Universal Healthcare Coverage in Indonesia; better healthcare access and good quality of healthcare treatment for most Indonesian. He delivered his ideas, suggestion and critics in many different healthcare seminars in Indonesia, Singapore and Philippine, attended by government officials, healthcare professionals, academicians, journalists and many other healthcare stakeholders. Currently he is Senior Advisor in Novartis Indonesia, after 5 years as President Director, led the company to be recognized as healthcare partner for Indonesian government. He was the first Indonesian as President Director of Pfizer Indonesia, led the team for two years and before that he spent six years in China (2001-2007), as General Manager Capsugel China Ltd, a Pfizer’s subsidiary. Luthfi is Medical Doctor and has attended several business courses in Michigan Business School US, Macquarie Graduate School of Management Sydney Australia and IMD Business School Switzerland.
Dea Marsendah is Section Head of Hib Vaccine Production at Biofarma, the leading vaccine manufacturer in Indonesia. Been working in Hib Vaccine Production especially in Hib conjugation process for seven years, gives her lots of experience and deep understanding in vaccine production.
Straightly after finishing her Bachelor Degree in Biology at Bandung Institute of Technology, she gained her first abroad experience by joining social internship in Beijing. And not very long after her coming back, she joined Biofarma. Dea has been involved in lots of work related with GMP, technology transfer, validation process and scale up production. From where she works, she has gained more knowledge through national and international training such as pharmaceutical engineering, GMP training, Electronic GMP Systems, TFF and In Process Control. Currently, Dea is still pursuing her Master Degree in Biotechnology at Bandung Institute of Technology.
When it comes to work, Dea is a focus and well-determined person. Those attitudes bring her as one kind of young-on-top persons that most people can come for help and advice. Dea lives in Bandung and is juggling her life as a student, wife and working mom. Between those, Dea manages to keep her exciting hobbies as a scuba diver.
Patno Sigit Panjaitan obtained his Bachelor Degree Cum Laude of Industrial Engineering at National Institue of Technology Bandung. He started as a Business process analyst at Astra Group and master in the implementation of BaaN ERP and dedicated learning to be implementor of Toyota Production System (Lean Manufacturing). He continued his journey at various industries of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Pharmaceutical Business. He is experienced in implementing Lean Supply Chain in the industry and has led many projects to develop systems(SAP, wayRTS, etc) to support the business. He is one of the founders of Indonesian Production and Opertion Management Society (IPOMS) at branch Bekasi, Karawang, and its surrounding.
He is now Head of Supply Network Operations at PT Merck Tbk Division Biopharma. He leads Upstream, Downstream, Logistics operations, and Distribution management throughout Indonesia and ensure the best implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model in Indonesia.
He is a Certified International Supply Chain Manager (ISCM) released by International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute (IPSCMI) - USA since July 2016
He loves to deliver training to hospitals (Lean Supply Chain) out of his regular activities to make others better. He has received awards from the business as Best Employee of Lead and Learn, Best Commercial Engagement at APAC Region.

Wiwy is the Managing Director of QuintilesIMS Indonesia. He has over 14 years of experience in consulting and research. Previously, Wiwy led Commercial Effectiveness Services.
Prior to joining IMS, Wiwy was a Director with Nielsen Indonesia, leading its market research and analytic consulting team. Wiwy advised his clients in market assessment, performance monitoring, new product launch, forecasting, pricing, marketing mix, distribution and assortment. Prior to that, Wiwy was in Nielsen US.
Before joining Nielsen, Wiwy was a consultant with ZS Associates in the US. Wiwy advised clients in sales force size and structure, segmentation and targeting, and call planning.
Wiwy graduated from RMIT University in Australia majoring in Manufacturing Engineering and held a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in the US.
Yoshihiro Suwa is a Principal at the Jakarta office. He has worked with Roland Berger in the firm's Japan office for most of his career, joining the firm after graduation. Mr. Suwa also spent time working on new products in Novartis in Japan.
In his current role, he supports the needs of an extensive range of healthcare clients, with the primary focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices and hospitals. He has held various positions like Quality Assurance and Quality Control Group Manager, Head of Quality Operations, Associate directors Quality operations to Associate Director of Production Operation in PT Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia. He moved on to be a Regional Senior Quality Manager for Mead Johnson Asia Pacific in Singapore for almost 1 year before moving back to Indonesia to be the Head of Production Operation of PT Taisho Pharmaceutical in Indonesia. He has since moved on to be a Plant Director for Novarindo Exelties Pharma Indonesia. He has demonstrated capabilities in Product development and helped launch new Pharmaceutical Products. Dr. Lawrence Wee is the Chief Data Scientist at Zuellig Pharma. He holds a keen interest in the application of data science and artificial intelligence for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Prior to Zuellig Pharma, he founded the healthcare analytics laboratory at the Institute of Infocomm Research (I2R) and led innovative projects across the entire healthcare continuum – ranging from precision medicine to clinical diagnostics. He was previously President of the Association for Medical and Bio-informatics Singapore (AMBIS), and received his PhD in Computational Biology from the National University of Singapore.
