UBM Live recognises that our activities have important impacts on the environment, the economy and the community. As the organizer of CPhI Worldwide we are proud to be one of the first event organiser's who has received BS8901 accreditation for 'Sustainable Event Management'.

You can contribute to a sustainable enviroment by: 

• Carbon offsetting your flights, try to use trains instead of flights when possible
• Using public transport within the host city rather than taxis.  Consider the most sustainable practices in your daily business activities
• Avoid generating waste and separate your waste in the recycling bins
• Try to stay as close to the venue as possible in order to avoid long distance transportation
• Avoid accumulating too much paper
