It’s simple and efficient. Follow the steps below to revolutionize your lead capture.
1. Log into the app and click Scan QR or Badge on the main screen.
2. Your camera will open, point it at the attendee’s badge to automatically capture all of their data.
3. Qualify your lead by answering our targeted questions on the next screen.
4. Add your own notes at the bottom.

While the number of visitors is one of the event industry’s metrics to measure the success of a trade show, we always believe that quality should take precedence over quantity. Therefore, should we ever consider taking such a step, the number of visitors will not alone be a measure or a criteria on which to base such a decision.

That is why we will focus on the ROI of more than one or two criteria. And this will be based on timely market surveys, detailed analysis and projections.

We will follow all local government rules that are in place at the time of the event including hall and venue density.

Yes, there will be cloak room facilities in Torhouse, Galleria, Porthalhouse, Hall 3. The cost will be 2 Euros per item.

Do you need a visa to attend Frankfurt ? This year attendees to CPHI Frankfurt can request a confirmation of participation when their registration is complete. Click here to request the confirmation.

Please Note: Confirmation of participation is not a visa invitation letter. If you need to accelerate your application for a visa you can reach out to a partner in Germany for an official letter of invitation. Unfortunately, our customer service team will not be able to assist you on this matter.

After registration is complete all staff badges will be accessible through our event app. The badge will have a QR code
which will be scanned onsite at the entrances.

Please register for your exhibitor representative badges through the exhibitor manual.

To register your team members for the event, please go to your unique Visit Connect dashboard and on the left-hand side menu, under service center, click stand personnel. From there you will be able to register your team members for both the online and in-person event. For more information, please watch this video, showing you how to go through the steps.

• Hall shuttle • Airport Shuttle • Parking Shuttle

Hall Shuttle • Standard shuttle busses; only accessible on the fairground of the Messe Frankfurt. • Free of charge for exhibitors and visitors for the show. • During show hours the hall shuttle will connect all relevant halls with the entrances (after registration); to be able to move quickly from any point to another. • Hall shuttle has a schedule of leaving every 2 - 3 minutes.

Airport Shuttle • Big public transportation busses, which may only operate offsite our venue • Charge for this service is app. 10-15€, which you have to pay directly on board. • The airport shuttle leaves directly from the two airport terminals and will drive directly to CPhI. • There are no city stops • The airport shuttle leaves every 10-15 min. in the morning and on Thursday afternoon around every 30 minutes during all other times. Midday every 30min

Parking Shuttle • Big public transportation busses; only accessible outside fairground of the Messe Frankfurt • Free of charge for exhibitors and visitors for the show • The parking shuttle leaves directly from the Rebstock parking storey and will drive directly to CPhI (entrance Portalhaus) • The parking shuttle has a schedule of leaving every 3 - 10 minutes.
