While the number of visitors is one of the event industry’s metrics to measure the success of a trade show, we always believe that quality should take precedence over quantity. Therefore, should we ever consider taking such a step, the number of visitors will not alone be a measure or a criteria on which to base such a decision.
That is why we will focus on the ROI of more than one or two criteria. And this will be based on timely market surveys, detailed analysis and projections.
We will follow all local government rules that are in place at the time of the event including hall and venue density.
Do you need a visa to attend Frankfurt ? This year attendees to CPHI Frankfurt can request a confirmation of participation when their registration is complete. Click here to request the confirmation.
Please Note: Confirmation of participation is not a visa invitation letter. If you need to accelerate your application for a visa you can reach out to a partner in Germany for an official letter of invitation. Unfortunately, our customer service team will not be able to assist you on this matter.
With the implementation of Informa AllSecure standard, we have adapted meeting spaces to be fully compliant but also to fulfil the needs of our attendees. We will be having bigger meeting lounges, where tables will be distributed to enable privacy and also ensure social distancing. There will also be multiple meeting spaces dedicated to exhibitors where you can hold meetings with your visitors.
2022 will be approached using risk-based thinking to ensure the needs for next year are valid for the next edition of the event. In 2022 CPHI Worldwide will be taking place in a different city so we also need to incorporate the venue’s and local government regulations. For more information on space-only regulations click here.
2022 will be approached using risk-based thinking to ensure the needs for next year are valid for the next edition of the event. In 2022 CPhI Worldwide will be taking place in a different city so we also need to incorporate the venue’s and local government regulations. For more information on space only please log in the exhibitor manual.
Online pre-registration including a health declaration will be required to attend the event to reduce the crowds in the registration areas. Onsite registration will not be possible. The entrances and registration areas will be spread around the venue and will be designed to allow for safe queueing and contact-less access into the venue.
Crowd Density Modelling calculations have been done to determine how many attendees can be in the halls at one single point in time. The number of attendees that can enter the venue depends on the size of the event and the space available. CPHI has a large enough space to accommodate all historic number of attendees.
CPHI Frankfurt 2022 will continue to be a badge-less event! Badges for this show will be accessible through our event app and can be requested through the manual.
It is important that you pre-register for your exhibitor badge as there will be no onsite registration facilities and no printed badges. A badge is required to access the hall at all times. Exhibitor badges are valid for the duration of the show, including build up and breakdown (see exact timings for exhibitor access in the timetable in the exhibitor manual).
If there are government-imposed travel restrictions, then we will address case-by-case. If companies make their own decision not to travel, then refunds will not be applied but there is also the right of cancellation for customers subject to payment of a cancellation charge if they choose to exercise this right.
