Which changes do you have in build-up hours?

CPhI worldwide is becoming a bigger show every year. In order to make the build-up smoother for everyone we have implemented a change in the timetable that allows more time for you and your contractors without any additional cost. From Friday to Sunday there will be 2 additional hours of build-up per day free of charge.

Friday 20 October 08.00 hrs - 24.00 hrs Space only

Saturday 21 October 08.00 hrs - 24.00 hrs Space only

Sunday 22 October 08.00 hrs - 24.00 hrs Space only

Monday 23 October 08.00 hrs - 18.00 hrs Space only & Shell schemes

After 24.00 hrs on Friday to Sunday it will be possible to request extra working hours. This can be done onsite, every day before 12:00 hrs, at the UBM service desk. Please note that there is a substantial additional cost per hour for the hours between 00:00 and 08:00 hrs and that it will be considerably more expensive on Sunday night. We therefore encourage you if over night work is required, to do this on Friday or Saturday night.

On Monday 23 October, no working at height is allowed. This means that only decoration work is allowed that does not require a ladder, scaffold or lift. Please note that the stand has to be completely finished by 18:00 hrs, and we will not allow any working after that time inside the halls. Everyone will be asked to leave the halls at 18:00 hrs so the cleaning of the aisles and laying the aisle carpet can start in time in order to have an immaculate show floor for opening morning on the 24th of October. We highly appreciate your cooperation to make this happen.
