The ApiJect Prefilled Injector is a single-dose, aseptically
filled parenteral that leverages the speed, high output, and quality of the Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) drug filling process. The Prefilled Injector is made up of
three components: 1) an aseptically filled BFS Container, 2) a stabilizing Connector, and 3) a pen needle-style hub (i.e “Needle Hub”). 

The ApiJect Prefilled Injector is user assembled at the point of
care. All the healthcare worker has to do is push and twist the Needle Hub with the Connector pre-attached on to the top of the BFS Container. The current Prefilled Injector is designed to deliver a 0.25mL - 0.65mL intramuscular dose.

Daptomycin is an antibacterial (cyclic lipopeptide natural product) that is active against Gram positive bacteria and isindicated for the treatment of the following infections:Adult and paediatric (1 to 17 years of age) patients with complicated skin and soft-tissue infections (cSSTI). - Adultpatients with right-sided infective endocarditis (RIE) due to Staphylococcus aureus. Tigecycline, a glycylcycline antibiotic, inhibits protein translation in bacteria by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit and blocking entry of amino-acyl tRNA molecules into the A site of the ribosome. This prevents incorporation of
