Since the start of the pandemic, visa processing timelines have increased significantly all around the world. That's why, if you are in need of a visa to attend CPHI & PMEC India, you should start the visa process as early as possible.
While CPHI & PMEC can help with a visa invitation letter to support your visa application, getting a visa is ultimately your responsibility and CPHI & PMEC India have no control over, or involvement in, the procedure.
How it works:
Step 1:
Register for CPHI & PMEC India. Please ensure you register using the correct form - exhibitors register via the Exhibitor Manual, while attendees register here.
Step 2:
Request your invitation letter. Once you've registered, download the visa invitation letter request form and send the completed version with a scan of your passport to [email protected]. Once approved the letter will be shared within 5 working days.
Step 3:
Nationals of most countries can apply for an e-Visa, please verify on the Indian government portal for further information. In other cases you can request your visa with the embassy of India in your country of residence. Please remember that CPHI has no control over, or involvement in, the visa application and approval procedure.
Step 4:
Book your travel and accommodation
Accommodation around show dates tends to get booked up quickly. We recommend that you book suitable accommodation in the Delhi area as soon as possible. In order to secure you the best price for your accommodation, we’ve teamed up with HEC Hospitality to provide you with preferential rates.
