Answers to some of the most common questions
How do I register for my badge?

You can register for your badge on our website here.
We will also help you to find the right badge to suit your needs. 

Can I register on-site?

Yes, but we highly recommend that you register early to save money!

I paid for my registration and need a receipt, who should I contact?

[email protected] is happy to assist you with that information.

What is the age limit to attend?

As CPHI North America is a trade event, no one under 18 years old will be allowed to enter the exhibition.

Can I register my team with the same email address?

No, every registration is required to have a unique email address attached to it.

Can I bring a guest or share my badge with a colleague?

No, your badge is unique to your registration. Each attendee will need to register to access their badge and a photo ID will be required to collect your badge onsite.

Where do I collect my badge?

Registered attendees will be able to collect a printed badge and lanyard at the badge pickup desks onsite with their photo ID. A QR code will be emailed to you a few days before the event opens to make pickup quick and easy.

How do I get to the show?

All essential information regarding hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, visa requirements, and others can be conveniently located on our website here.

Where should I stay? What hotels are available?

OnPeak is our official housing company.  All CPHI North America attendees are encouraged to book their hotel rooms online through onPeak.

Where can I park and what are the rates?

There are many parking options—both garages and lots—conveniently located within blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Can you give me any information about international visas?

The United States government requires residents of some countries to obtain a Visa prior to entering the U.S. Recent changes to the Visa application process have increased the length of time it takes to receive your Visa. We recommend that you start the Visa application process as soon as possible. Visa information is available on the U.S. Department of State website.

Do you offer bag or coat check?

Yes! We are happy to provide a bag/coat check area near registration. This area will open 1 hr before the show floor opens each day and will be free of charge.

What are the food options on-site or nearby?

Across the street from the convention center, the Reading Terminal Market is a famous indoor farmer's market offering a diverse selection of locally sourced meats and poultry, plus the finest seafood, cheeses, baked goods, and confections under one roof.

Can I set up meetings prior to the show?

All attendee registrations include access to the online platform, an exclusive meeting platform that allows attendees to request meetings with exhibitors before they even step on the show floor! We’ll aim to open the platform by the end of January.
