What is the age limit to attend the event?

As CPhI South East Asia is a trade event, no one under 18 years will be allowed to enter the exhibition.

What does each zone/vertical mean? And where is what in the halls?

How do I get to the venue?

The easiest way to reach venue are by taxi or public vans.

By Public taxi:

  • 30 minute from downtown Bangkok via congest free express ways
  • 45 minute from Suvarnabhumi International airport via express ways
  • 15 minute from Don Mueang International Airport.

When will I receive log in details for the Exhibitor Manual?

Your profile can be updated via the Exhibitor Manual or by CPhI Online.

When will I be able to access the full exhibitor manual?

The Exhibitor Manual is available on the "Exhibitor Area" page. You will receive an email with your login details as soon as the platform is available.

When does exhibition open for exhibitors?

What is the minimum size for a space only stand?

At CPhI South East Asia, the minimum size to qualify for space only is 12 sqm (excluded Country Pavilion).

What is the Exhibitor Manual?

The Exhibitor Manual gathers all the usefull information and key forms to submit to prepare for a smooth onsite experience.

What is the difference between space only and shell scheme?

If you have booked a space only stand you receive only the space on the show floor and must be having your own appointed contractor to design and build your stand for you. N.C.C Image is our official contractor who can do this for you – contact them for more information on how to get started with a stand design via [email protected]
Shell scheme stands receive a package including carpet, electricity, lighting, wall panels and a fascia nameboard printed with company name and stand number for each open side.

What compulsory forms do I need to submit?

To check all your mandatory forms, and get all the information you need to prepare for a smooth onsite experience, make sure you log in your Exhibitor Manual and read through the different forms.

What are the space only regulations?

Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual at page " Manual  > [C] Rules & Regulation > Heading C7"

What are the shell scheme regulations?
  • Do not move any addition or any change to the standard shell scheme. Should you wish to do so, please contact the operations staffs of official contractors for further action.
  • Do not spray, glue or silicone on the wall panel.
  • Do not paint, spray-paint, or write on the wall panel.
  • Do not drill, nail, perforate, tack down, staple or cause any damage to the panels or any parts of the standard shell scheme. Should you need to affix any exhibit or sign to the wall, please contact the operations staffs of official contractors for further action.

Note: In case of violation of the above rules, official contractors will be obliged to request the payment from the exhibitor for any damage caused at the rate of USD 200/panel.

Your Exhibitor Profile is similar to the one you submit on the CPhI Online platform. Please update your CPhI Online profile and your changes will be reflected on the Event website within 24 hours.

The Online Matchmaking System will be available in early 2020. If you have pre-registered for the event, you will receive an email with your logins once the platform is available. The system is free to use for all registered visitors and exhibitors.

These target companies through legitimate exhibition guides. Their current activities cover companies throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. Expo Guide claims to offer online listing services. They use a form which resembles an organiser's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost you a significant amount of money, with no foreseeable benefits. Included in their group is debt collection agency Gravis Inkasso Gmbh and Swiss debt collection agency Premiumn Recovery AG (a Construct Data subsidiary) which works in partnership with the various guides to intimidate exhibitors into paying. These publications have no connection with us or any of our events. We strongly adviseour exhibitors, and the entire exhibition community, to be most vigilant against this and similarorganisations.There are many so-called guides that mail deceptive contracts and then harassthose who sign them in error for money. However the sheer scale and systematic way in which these guides attack exhibitors is outrageous.
