Where can I find the floorplan?

What compulsory forms do I need to submit?

All forms can be found in the Exhibitor Services Kit, available in early November.

What are the onsite Exhibitor Services Hours?

Our Exhibitor Services team will be available from 8am - 5pm from the first day of Exhibitor Move-in to the last day of Exhibitor Move-out. Hours may be extended to the day before the show opens and the day the show closes to assist with additional exhibitor needs.

What are the move-out details?

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 6pm. Carriers MUST check-in by Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 4pm. In the event your selected carrier fails to show by this time, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.

How do I update my show exhibitor profile / online listing?

To update your profile, go to http://www.cphi-online.com and update your exhibition profile for CPHI Americas. Then save and publish and the updates will be reflected on the exhibitor list of the official website.

My CPHI Online login isn't working, what should I do?

If your login isn't working, first check to be sure you are entering the proper case. All login information including both your username and password is case-sensitive. If your login still is not working, you can click on “Forgot your password?” for a code to be emailed to you. Use the code to reset your password. 

If you don't receive the email with a code, we may not have an account for you in our system. You will need to create a new account.   

Will my exhibitor badges be mailed to me?

Badges will NOT be mailed in advance of the event and need to be collected at registration on-site. To collect your badge, you will need a photo ID (Government issued photo id or exhibiting company issued ID card) and claim your badge at a registration desk on the West Bridge. Further details about how to claim your badge will be emailed to you prior to the show. 

Can you provide more information about international visas?

The United States government requires residents of some countries to obtain a Visa prior to entering the U.S. Recent changes to the Visa application process have increased the length of time it takes to receive your Visa. We recommend that you start the Visa application process as soon as possible. Visa information is available on the U.S. Department of State website.

Where do I find email banners and invite tools?

The invite tools can be found in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

How do I register for badges?

You’ll register for exhibitor badges via your personalized link in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Please do not register your customers as booth staff as they will be asked to provide proper company ID to collect their badge and will use up your free allotment. Each registered person will be allowed to pick up their own badge only - not for friends, colleagues, etc. 

No one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the show floor at any time during the event. 

Please keep track of your badge. A non-refundable replacement fee will apply to all lost, misplaced, stolen, forgotten, and duplicate badge requests.   

How do I estimate my material handling?

We recommend that you estimate the material handling costs to accurately budget for your show using the Exhibitor Services Kit available in early November.

What is Drayage/Material Handling?

The terms Drayage and Material Handling are one and the same. It is the unloading of your exhibit materials, delivery to your booth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your materials from your booth for loading onto your outbound carrier. The unloading of trucks/trailers/vans must be done by Union personnel. We recommend that you estimate the material handling costs to accurately budget for your show using the Exhibitor Services Kit available in early November.

Material Handling is not to be confused with shipping, the over the road cost to transport your exhibit material, to and from the event.  SAVE money on drayage by shipping through Freeman.  For more information see the Shipping, Drayage & Material Handling Section of the Freeman website.

Do I need insurance?

Be sure your materials are insured from the time they leave your firm until they are returned after the show. It is suggested that exhibitors arrange all-risk coverage. This can be done by riders to your existing policies. Exhibitors can find requirements in the exhibitor services kit, available in early November.

What are the booth rules and regulations?

There are two sets of rules and regulations  
Informa Rules and Regulations - these are Informa’s govering rules from animals, music, proper footware, children, etc.   

Display Booth Rules and Regulations / Display Guidelines - everything booth related for each type of booth (inline, peninsula, island)

Can vehicles be included in a booth display?

Vehicles may be included in a booth display; however, exhibitors are required to follow the guidelines for vehicle display as listed in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

The exhibitor must submit a Vehicle Display Request Form for Show Management approval by April 2 and place a vehicle spotting order via the Exhibitor Services Kit to receive and escort the vehicle to the booth.

What’s included in my booth package?

Each exhibitor is eligible to receive one booth package per 100 sq. ft. of contracted booth space.  You must opt in to receive your package.  See the complimentary booth form in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Do you provide assistance with booking accommodation?

Yes, onPeak is our official housing company.  All CPHI Americas exhibitors and attendees are encouraged to book their hotel rooms online through onPeak.

There are many parking options—both garages and lots—conveniently located within blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

What are the security measures at the show?

Exhibitors must make provisions for the safeguarding of their goods, materials, equipment and displays. Please be security conscious. Do not leave purses, laptops, or any easily portable items unattended in your booth at any time. 

Show Management maintains 24-hour perimeter security during move-in, show days and move-out. Please remember, Show Management, CPHI Americas and the Pennsylvania Convention Center will not be held responsible for lost or damaged property.
