Exhibitors can provide a limited number of complimentary Standard Pass invitations to their network.

Invited guests can upgrade to the Explorer Pass at a discounted rate.

Leader, Networking Leader, and Platinum Leader Passes remain at full price, even for invited guests.

Warning about unauthorised sellers

Please be cautious of companies claiming to offer free visitor Passes who request your business and employee details. Legitimate free visitor passes are only available through confirmed exhibitors who will provide an official CPHI Frankfurt registration code.

Yes, there are two types of limits:

• Individual registration limit: Each attendee requires a unique email address for registration, effectively limiting each person to one ticket.
• Premium pass availability: We offer limited quantities of our exclusive passes:
  • Leader Pass: Limited to 1,000 attendees
  • Networking Leader Pass: Limited to 100 attendees
  • Platinum Leader Pass: Limited to 75 attendees

Yes, exhibitors need complimentary exhibitor badges, which must be obtained through the link provided in their exhibitor manual. These badges are specifically for team members staffing your stand.
