Since the start of the pandemic, visa processing timelines have increased significantly all around the world. If you need a visa to attend CPHI & PMEC India, you should start the visa process as early as possible. While CPHI & PMEC can help with a visa invitation letter to support your visa application, getting a visa is ultimately your responsibility and CPHI & PMEC India have no control over, nor involvement in, the procedure. How it works:
Step 1: Register for CPHI & PMEC India. Please ensure you register using the correct form - exhibitors register via the Exhibitor Manual, while attendees register here.
Step 2: Request your invitation letter by submitting the visa invitation letter request form with a scan of your passport. Once approved the letter will be shared within 5 working days.
Step 3: Nationals of most countries can apply for an e-Visa, please verify on the Indian government portal for further information. In other cases, you can request your visa with the embassy of India in your country of residence. Please remember that CPHI has no control over, nor involvement in, the visa application and approval procedure.
