How to claim CME credits

The CPHI Middle East team would like to thank you for attending the live in-person conferences. 
 

Important Reminders:

  • The SCFHS is a Saudi Arabian scientific commission that regulates healthcare related practices and accreditation at all levels in Saudi Arabia.
     
  • The number of CME credits that you can earn is based on the duration of your attendance in each session. There are 10 CME points in total for the entire program. 

  • To be eligible to claim credits, a minimum of 70% attendance of the CME event program is required.

CME credit claiming steps for Saudi residents

  • Correct Information Submission: During your registration, ensure you provide the correct information, including your SCFHS ID number. Incorrect details will make you ineligible for CME credits.
  • Amend Registration Details: If you need to amend your information, scan the QR code displayed onsite to access the form. You can also visit the badge assistance desk or email [email protected] before 12 December 2024, 6 PM (AST).
  • Amendment Deadline: After 12 December 2024, 6 PM (AST), no further amendments will be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate and submitted on time. The CME credits will be reflected on your Mumaris account after 5 working days, pending review and approval by the Saudi Council.
  • Scan In and Out: To confirm your attendance, ensure you scan in and out at the hall entrance. This helps track your attendance and ensures you meet the required time criteria.
  • Attendance Duration: You must attend at least 70% of the event program to be eligible for CME hours and a certificate. Click here to see CME-accredited sessions for CPHI Middle East 2024.

CME credit claiming steps for non-Saudi residents

  • CME Certificate: A template certificate of attendance with CME credits will be issued automatically when you submit the form which you can use to enter your full name. You can then submit this certificate to your local body for recognition.
  • Recognition of CME Credits: The Saudi Council for Health Specialties does not have formal agreements with other countries for CME credit recognition. This depends on the respective country's regulations.
  • Failure to Receive Certificate: If you do not receive your CME certificate within 20 working days after the event, please contact [email protected].
