It takes 5-7 working days to issue an invitation letter for your visa application. You may still apply for an invitation letter if needed and if the time works for you before 19th May.
Alternatively, if you need to enter China for urgent matters, or it is too late to apply for a business visa at the Chinese embassy or visa application centre, you may apply for a port visa before and after arriving at certain China entry ports.
*To apply for a visa invitation letter a registration key is required which you will receive in your confirmation email after pre-registering to attend CPHI & PMEC China 2023. Haven’t pre-registered for the event yet? Register here today.
