The CPHI & PMEC China Hosted Buyer Programme is your gateway to qualified local and international suppliers and direct partnerships in the heart of the Chinese pharma market.

Taking place on 23 June 2025, one day before the main exhibition opens, the programme offers curated 1-2-1 meetings between international buyers and leading Chinese manufacturers. Each meeting lasts 20–30 minutes, giving buyers time to explore meaningful business opportunities with suppliers aligned to their needs.

How to be part of it

1 Apply to be a hosted buyer and submit your purchasing requests. You can state the products of interest and choose suppliers that meet your requirements.

2 Customer service will review your requests and reply within 3 working days. Approved buyers will receive confirmation via email with 1-to-1 meeting schedule.

3 Attend the event for the morning of 23 June, just one day prior to CPHI & PMEC China. The duration of each 1-to-1 meeting with suppliers is expected to be 20-30 minute.

4 Join CPHI & PMEC China during 24-26 June 2025 at SNICE Shanghai to discover diverse pharma products and content.
