How to claim your ticket

It takes a couple of minutes. Do it before you land so you can walk straight to the metro.
Step 1
Download the official ATM Milano app
Get the official ATM Milano app from the App Store or Google Play before you travel.
You will also need an internet connection and either an ATM account or avalid email address.
Step 2
Find your PNR code in your Visitor Dashboard
Log in to your Visitor Dashboard to get your personal 9 character PNR code, made up of letters and numbers.
This is the only place your code lives,so keep it to hand.
Step 3
Claim your ticket in the ATM App
In the app, go to Services, then With ATM, then claim your ticket. Enter your 9 character PNR code and tap Claim your ticket.
If you do not have an ATM account,enter a valid email address.
Step 4
Activate before you travel
Your ticket appears in the Wallet and you will receive a confirmation email. Remember to activate and validate it before you travel.
Your ticket is shown as a QR code.

Every eligible pass holder has a personal 9 character PNR code. Log in to your Visitor Dashboard to find it.
Before you travel
Check your validity period
Your ticket can only be used during its validity period. It becomes valid the moment you tap Activate, so activate it when you are ready to travel, not before.
Outside that period the ticket cannot be activated andwill no longer appear in your Wallet.
Always validate your ticket
Activating the ticket in the app is not the same as validating it. Remember to validate when you board, and keep the QR code ready to show if you are asked.
Create an ATM account
You can claim your ticket with just an email address, but if you register, your tickets are linked to your account and stay with you even if you change phone.
Without an account, tickets cannot be moved toa new device.
