  • Encouraging digital distribution of information for booth materials, such as via email or website referrals.
  • If printing is necessary, consider reusable, undated signage that can be used for multiple events.
  • Avoid using foam core signs; instead, opt for recyclable materials like cardboard.

  • Choosing sustainable booth materials and options.
  • Using reusable flooring, such as puzzle foam flooring, instead of disposable carpet.
  • Breaking down all cardboard boxes and placing them in designated recycling bins.
  • Requesting additional bins for recycling and compost.
  • Using compostable or recyclable materials for any samples or giveaways.
  • Leveraging provided stickers to mark items for recycling or donation at the Exhibitor Services desk.
  • Setting a goal to leave no trace by ensuring all booth materials, packaging, and giveaways are either shipped back or donated.
