Navigating Saudi Arabia
Airports and Transfers
The airport in Riyadh is the King Khalid International airport. We encourage you to pre-book a taxi to travel from the airport to your hotel, to make your arrival smooth and easy.

Local Transportation
Getting around Riyadh and Saudi Arabia is easy – with plenty of taxis, car rental services, ride-hailing platforms and excellent public transport. Hiring a car is a cost-efficient way to explore, and cars can easily be hired at all major airports. Taxis can be found around busy locations including shopping malls and public parks.

Travelling to the venue
Parking note: Visitor regular parking will be available on first-come, first-served basis.
Taxi
Riyadh’s taxi service is convenient and easy to use. Simply call 920003090 and a driver will be dispatched as soon as possible. App based taxi and ridesharing services are available in Riyadh.
Use the mobile app to book a trip and select the type of car you would like to ride in. Drivers can be ordered for immediate pick-up or you can schedule a ride ahead of time. You can pay for your trip using cash or credit card.

Need a visa?
Saudi Arabia has opened their doors to worldwide tourism and has a quick and easy solution for getting a visa for your trip.
They offer an eVisa which is through a user-friendly and efficient online system and is eligible for 63 countries. It allows for a 90-day stay in the country taking part in tourism-related activities.
The process is as follows:

- Pay the visa fee.
- Get your online visa.
