General admission guidelines:
Admission is strictly for industry professionals aged 16 and above.
All attendees must register online or onsite and provide valid identification to gain entry.
Media admission:
Media professionals must apply for accreditation by emailing cphi-th@informa.com with proof of credentials.
Media badges are issued upon approval and are non-transferable.
Badge policy:
All attendees must wear their event badge at all times while inside the venue.
Badges are non-transferable and must match the registered individual’s name.
Lost or stolen badges must be reported immediately to the registration desk.
Prohibited items:
The following items are not permitted within the event premises:
Weapons or hazardous materials.
Outside food and beverages.
Promotional materials not approved by the organizer.
Photography and recording:
Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only.
Media professionals must obtain prior approval for interviews or extensive coverage.
Code of conduct:
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Organizer rights:
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who violate the admission policy or event guidelines.
