Our values & approach

CPHI is dedicated to creating a space where everyone is included and heard, and showcasing the importance of having a diverse pharma workforce. This is why we are committing to have 50% of female speakers and 40% representation of POC on stage by 2030.

It is well known that POC and Women are underrepresented groups in the pharmaceutical industry. This is why we're aiming to increase representation throughout our events.

We work hard to recognise and celebrate remarkable young women and young talent through the Future Leader and Woman of the Year Awards.

We commit to ensure one session in every show is dedicated to talking about different facets of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that affect the pharmaceutical industry.
